Colin is a god-sent. As a first-time homeowner, I didn't realise how demoralising when unable to figure out why the underfloor heating, oven and hob are not working, the fridge alarm is going off continuously and switches that seem to connect to a parallel universe with no effect on Earth. Appreciate Cole so much who understood my situation from the get-go over the phone, came over on the same day and quoted a reasonable fee with clear add-ons for materials, if required. Cole is professional, friendly and communicates well. He willingly showed me the various methods to replace the various type of bulbs and checked the electrics in my flat. He took time to explain what he discovered and the corrections he performed, as well as what I needed to purchase to have the lights and underfloor heating work (batteries, of all things!).
