Absolutely awful customer service nowadays. I've used this regularly for over 10 years without any issues in the past but today, after purchasing an inedible sandwich the member of staff (Hatoon) refused to do anything about the matter. He didn't care that they were selling substandard produce nor that the customer is always right. After trying to educate him for 10 minutes I had to leave without any resolution. The only thing that was clear was I will never use this shop again and advise you all to use the Tescos across the road.

Staff always friendly, this shop is similar to the express superstore around the bend, I would say the stock is pretty ordinary, if you want common item in a pinch you could get it here, but the shop is small so not lots and lots of stock, just the main essentials, booze cigarettes (yuck) and essentials

This is my local and each and every time I go there they are so friendly , happy , polite and interested in keeping the store clean and well presented. There has been a few occasions that there has been trouble from a man who has had a few to many and they handle it with dignity and professionalism of it gets out of control. This is how a business should run and I salute each and every team member working there! You are all superstars
