DO NOT USE THIS SERVICE - SCAMMERS. Im really disappointed with this company. I brought in my laptop as it stopped working. They said the issue was the battery, so they had it replaced and charged me for it. When I collected the laptop, it still wasnt working so had to return it, and this time they said the issue was the trackpad, got it replaced and they charged me for it. I collected the laptop and again, it wasnt working. I asked for a refund and they refused unless I returned the laptop to them for further inspection. Why would I trust your team when youve already showed youre not competent? Oh, and I never got my money back, ended up paying 250 for a laptop that doesnt work. Thieves, you should be ashamed of yourselves.

I am very pleased to have found Mac to Life. My MacBook had a leakage and after taking it to another service shop in London, they told me its not fixable. I got in touch with Jamie who was very professional and assured me that they will do their best to try and save it. And thats exactly what they did - theyve been able to fix my MacBook in a reasonable amount of time and I am very happy to have found them. I highly recommend them!

Faultless, amazing service, feels too good to be true. Jamie and the team conveniently picked up my laptop, and returned it completely fixed within hours. Superb

Very mediocre experience. Had liquid damage with my MacBook Pro 2019. Ended up getting back a computer from Jamie that worked but (1) constantly would shut off and overheats excessively, and (2) had a very sticky keyboard. While I was repeatedly told by Jamie that the servicing was done well, there was literally still sugar stains across the computer so the repairman clearly hadnt bothered to even wipe the computer with ethanol. Paid an additional sum to get the keyboard replaced but it still shuts off all the time. While Jamie offered to fix this free or charge, I think its poor service that its been in for service twice now and it wasnt spotted nor repaired either time. Furthermore, since I use the laptop for work, I cannot afford to be without a laptop for 2-3 days. Any professional shop should either offer (1) a weekend service or (2) a replacement computer for the duration of the repair, particularly when it is being taken in due to the sloppiness of the first repair. All in all, while they have integrity, I think the process is very sloppy and careless. Ive now spent >500 and still dont have a properly functioning laptop!
