Marie Curie

Last week had someone from this Charity knocking me demanding me to give 2.50 a month to charity. They had on the yellow Marie curie jacket and an id badge. His name was Jerry. Firstly he commented on the fact I was in pjs and i mean it was 5pm. Then he asked if I knew anyone who had passed away from cancer. We have suffered two death in this family recently and I dont appreciate people knocking my door , demanding money and trying to get me to sign up. We are in a cost of living crisis and they come round your door asking for money. Before he left he insulted me even more saying when your head in better place you can always sign up on our website. This isnt acceptable behaviour and this charity should be ashamed. Guilt tripping people to sign up for commitment. I have no issue giving money to charity but I will do it on my terms not by someone harassing me at the door. You should be ashamed of your self.
