We used Segmentus to update our back garden, including removal of a shed, patio and brickwork, concrete and patio laying, and the construction of a wooden pergola. The project took about 3 weeks and was completed on budget, with no surprises. Lee is busy as all builders are but we never had an issue with communication - and we're delighted with the final result, as the pictures show it's been a transformation! The entire team were considerate and professional, and we would thoroughly recommend for anyone in need of a friendly and reliable neighbourhood builder.

We have used Segmentus to complete a number of projects on our house and we have been utterly delighted with everything they have done. Lee is a kind, hardworking man who is true to his word, entirely honest and has a team of fantastic builders. The quality of their work is outstanding, they work within the budget set and they are extremely responsive to requests made. The initial quote that we were given was entirely reflective of what we paid as a final balance and we are thrilled with all the work that they have done for us. We have recommended Lee and his team to several of our friends and every time Segmentus have produced outstanding results. We are grateful to this wonderful company.

Do not use this firm. They are an utter disgrace. This is the first time I have ever left a review but I feel so strongly about how bad these people are. We had a small project which should have taken 10 days to 2 weeks max. It has now taken 6 weeks and we are not close to finished yet. They are totally shambolic and our so called Project Manager called Lee is the worst I have ever known. He is very difficult to get hold of, never returns calls but even worse than that he does not coordinate anything. We have had people just turn up for the odd hour or so to do a bit of work and then disappear. The very nice decorator has now had to decorate the same part of the room 5 times because every time we think they have finished they come back to do something else.
