Dog Grooming - The Spa Dartford Pamper & Groom

This was our first time going to the spa groomers for our spaniel. The staff were friendly, professional and well organised. Our dog has come home looking beautiful and much happier than he has from previous groomers. Will happily be using them from now on :)

This was my first experience with these groomers. I have two Border Collies (Brandie & Shadow) I had been using the same groomers (Pets at Home Groom Room Thamesmead) for 5/6 years but lack of staff meant I had to find an alternative. The booking system was easy and simple. When I arrived early for my appointment, they were very friendly and helpful. They do not use crates. Very relaxed and friendly atmosphere. When they called to let me know my two were ready to be collected, I was very happy with the whole experience. They had groomed them well, they smelt lovely and I have booked again already for 2 months time and again for Christmas. Thankyou to all involved with my two dogs grooming experience.

Friendly staff who are knowledgeable in the care and groom of dogs. Second time there and it will now be her regular groomers.

Very uneven cut , looks rushed. Staff are pleasant though.
