The actual store deserves a minimum Five. The staff are amazing. Helpful, full of knowledge and advice. Very welcoming and attentive.
But, oh my goodness .. The website....
There is nothing in stock, you have to click and save each item one by one ie:you can't click multiple items of different flavours etc. The app sticks. For instance I have tried to place an order for delivery over the past three days and have given up. I even missed out on free express delivery because it has been so difficult.
Shame on you. I have always shopped in store but because my partner can no longer drive, rely on delivery. What a shambles.
