Golden Palace

Ordered for delivery, after 2 hours no communication...finally got through on the phone after over 400 calls and got told that my order was stuck in the machine ! Disgusting service DO NOT ORDER!!

We have had some really good take always from Golden Palace but we noticed a fall in quality/taste around 18 months ago. Against my better judgement we opted to give it another go and we couldnt be more disappointed. The flood was so bland, lacking flavour, spice and seasoning. We picked it up it so it cant be blamed on riding around in a car for an hour. Really disappointing how far this place has fallen.

The worst customer service ever!!! Ever since the young man has been taking the orders ,you have to wait over 2 hours and then they get something wrong. The lady who used to take the orders was very polite, efficient and you got your order within half an hour. This guy needs to go as he is destroying the reputation of this business!!! This happens every single time he takes the orders. Its time for me to take my custom elsewhere and give my money to someone who deserves it.

Thought Id give it try as last time a year ago it was rubbish but not good at all this time. Had ropey stomach ache the next day. Would definitely avoid.

Rude, inept, disgustingly incompetent and unbelievably lazy. Spent 100 on food, waited 2 hours for it. 2 portions of chips missing, phoned to get delivered and was told we would have to wait another hour because they were prioritising other orders. Only gave a 1 star because I couldnt give less. Stay away at all costs
