This store is pretty good , always good experience plenty of stock and disabled bays outside , only thing is they tend to use the disabled bay for the fitting of bulbs when under the gazebo is full up. Not sure about going upstairs I didn't see a lift but I'm sire there is. Plenty of free parking available. Wheelchair access , no toilets available. Lots of staff around . Will be back I'm regular anyway.

Expectional customer service from the young blonde man, who checked my car and fitted my number plates. I was extremely impressed by the customer service and hard working staff at the branch. They were all super polite and deligent. I would definitely recommend Halfords to friends and family. To the staff, thanks for much for a great experience

not really a bad review for Halford but for its member of staff LEON terrible experience with this guy, iv been using Halford for over 10 years and never has someone made my blood boil so much, simple help to get a license plate printed he made this whole experience terrible and i would never come back to Dartford Halfords because of this guy. as i was selling my car to people who had just entered the country they had to drive the car back to Spain that night so I needed to remove my private plate in which DVLA sends you a eV948 via email. I had lost my license a couple days before this day so i had ordered a replacement which I am still waiting for I had asked the lady at the back till if I could still get a plate printed with my V5 eV948 and my passport as I don't have my license ( BUT I HAD A PHOTO) of my license, the lady advised I can use my passport and a bank statement so I returned home to get all the documents I could with the people who were purchasing my car who didn't speak a word of English. I then returned to Halfords and the lady and young guy behind the rear till couldn't get the system to take the information given so they called this LEON guy who was rude blunt and clearly just didn't care, he said i have to have my license in physical form even though i have photo and passport and proof of address i even logged into DVLA so they can see everything was me and stillll no help. so at the end of this all words were said and LEON kicked me out of the store A CUSTOMER THAT HAS BEEN USING HALFORD LONGER THAN HE HAD EVEN WORKED THERE. big let down very disappointed
