Today I made an honest mistake and parked outside the offices of this firm whilst attending a course at a nearby company who share the same industrial estate. Upon returning to my car there was a note telling me not to park in that area which is entirely reasonable and made me aware of my mistake, what I feel was far less reasonable was the way I was then accosted by a somewhat threatening employee who embarked upon an aggressive rant about my disgraceful behaviour despite my unreserved apologies. I hope , for the sake of those clients who have no choice but to use them, that this is not a reflection of the typical standard of interaction that this company has with the public but given my experience I have my doubts.
