Awful service. Taxi did not arrive on time and then banned me because I cancelled the service when they were over 15 minutes late and I missed my train. I was told the taxi was outside my door when it was not outside my door. I do not appreciate being gaslit in to being told there is a taxi outside my door when there is clearly no one there. Manager was rude and hung up on me when I tried to discuss the matter. Completely disrespectful.

Shocking customer treatment. Arrived 20 minutes early so had to wait as one of our party was only joining us at the time we booked the cab. Driver seemed happy to do so. Once we arrived at our destination we were told a price that was so ridiculously high, I questioned it. Driver told me it was my fault for not asking and because he had to come a long way and wait. I asked to speak to his controller who agreed to reduce the price by 1/3 immediately but refused to explain why it was so high in the first place. The driver then started to get abusive for no reason and told us we were a waste of their time, so we paid and got out of the car. As he drove off, he shouted abusive slurs at us when he drove past. I called the controller again to tell him his employee's behaviour was way out of line and he told me not to make a fuss "because I've already knocked some money off". Disgraceful way to run a business and the last time I'll ever be using them. Avoid.

driver turned up over 30 minutes late in a taxi not big enough to accommodate the needs communicated over the phone. he refused to listen to the route we asked him to take and became aggressive when challenged, and drove so dangerously attempting to overtake a large vehicle that it almost hit us.
