Not too big, not too small. The staff are always friendly, helpful and upbeat. Regrettably none of the checkout tills were occupied during my last visit, so I was obliged to use a self-service checkout - not a huge issue, but I prefer to support and perpetuate local jobs.

This store is not how you expect an M&S to be. Its untidy, hit and miss on service and shouldnt offer a parcel collection and return service as nobody is prepared or interest in that. On my last visit I waited at the customer information desk to make a return after doing my shopping just to be pushed aside so the staff could sort out someones meal deal confusion. I thought Us brits adhered to the queuing system! The staff are friendly enough but I think theres a management issue. I usually only review when Im impressed but my last few visits have been very disappointing.
