Visited here last weekend for a pre-dinner drink. Had booked in advance but was told to sit anywhere (not sure what would have happened if it was full).
Our waiter was sloppily dressed and forgot to take an order from one guest (only 4 of us on the table). Ordering off menu was straightforward in the past but met with confusion on this visit.
Drinks were all deemed relatively average and a rum and coke was served without any ice.
Decor lovely but staff training and standards lacking.
