        No surprised by most of the reviews about the staff being rude. This is the second time Ive dealt with the same lady. She is rude. She doesnt know what giving a good service is. Acts like shes got a stick stuck up her back. Staff really do need to be retrained!!!!!!! Disgusted.

        This is the first time I've been able to use this post office in the attempts, and I wish I hadn't bothered. The layout is a mess. The staff were abrupt, although I admit that the woman that came in on front of me that expected the staff to pack her items for her and send them didn't help. Couldn't figure out why you can't buy items and post packages at the post office till but you could do both at the 'shop' till. The place needs to be simplified, which will probably never happen. Better off going to use the one in Naphill.
