Staff are lazy and rude. One man blatantly lied to me. Do their phones actually work??? They state they haven't received my prescription which isn't true. According to my doctor' they not only have it' they have claimed for it. That was 2 weeks ago. They are either incompetent dishonest, I will leave that for you to decide for yourselves. Either way, I have gone without my medication for 2 weeks, with no apology. If I could give a minus star rating I would

Normally excellent service but staff shortage has had a massive impact. For two months running I have Had to return three days running to collect my prescription and each time have queued for half an hour only to be told it was not ready surely something can be done to help the poor staff who are obviously struggling. Does their Head Office not care? I am fortunate that I am retired but due to illness this is unreasonable. I have even thought about offering to volunteer to help but I do not have any qualifications decided that perhaps it was a foolish idea.

Found a new place that actually sells clarins uk. Plus the lady rep is so awesome and adorable.

A large shop that never has what you want. Nice staff, but empty shelves. Give me Boots any day.

This Pharmacy is not fit for purpose. Staff rude and unhelpful. Taking A week to make up Medication. Have never experienced Service like this ever before. Have taken my Prescription elsewhere. Kindest of Regards
