Absolutely appalling customer service and patient care. My daughter was referred from NHS 111 and not only was the referral process completely useless, the staff were rude and dismissive. Disinterested, unhelpful and zero compassion. A private practice profiting from the challenges faced by the NHS. I will never use them again. Truly awful.

I have been here 5:54pm and they closed the shutters seeing me coming. Literally fuming right now

Been waithing a week for a prescription that they claim not to have. The doctors said they received it on 27th June at 4.20 and have claimed for it. I was told by the idiot behind the counter that they hadn't had any prescriptions for me since Apr That is not true. I have had at least 2 since them. I need my meds but these people are either incomor liars.

Ditto Erika, the previous reviewer - seems chaotic within the pharmacy. On the six occasions I have collected repeat prescriptions in the last year, every time I have waited five working days from requesting the prescription and every time I have had to wait at least an hour in the pharmacy on collection or had to return the next day. Management - pull your finger out and help the staff and its customers, otherwise you will lose my custom permanently.

The staff are friendly and knowledgeable, but the wait times are horrific. First covid left them short staffed, then they had a new computer system to get to grips with. I've no idea what the problem is now, but whatever it is it needs addressing at once. As a customer it's frustrating and without meaning to you get techy, the poor old staff do their best and no doubt have to bite their lips. I think a time and motion study is due to assist the staff. So come on LLOYD'S Pharmacy management, help your staff out of what must be a diabolical situation.
