        Sight test and contact lenses check, friendly team. Rashid the optician I saw was great very professional explaining all the different tests and taking his time. I didnt feel rushed. My prescription had changed and he took me through all the options for my lenses and spectacles even giving me free sample lenses to see how they felt.

        Haven't been there since before covid. The franchise holder was rude and unhelpful when I had a query. Never going there again.

        still waiting for glass from the 12 may 300 plus . keep calling them no answer very disappointed looking for a refund and spec savers appear to be more professional and helpful

        Lovely people at this branch. Optician Jan was amazing. Very thorough and explained everything to me. She was very friendly and kind and put me at ease straight away. The lady on reception (sorry I don't know her name but told me she was from the Philippines), also lovely. She helped me pick my first frames and was honest and open with her feedback. Highly recommend this branch of boots Opticians. Thank you for your excellent service.
