What I love about this home is that the staff really do interact and care for those living there. The activities they say they have actually take place and even more importantly the residents sit at a table and eat there dinner. All this activity is ensuring the residents get the best care. Whenever we drive up from London to see my husbands Grandmother, she always tells us how she absolutely loves it there and can't praise the staff enough and her voice just sings happiness when she speaks.

My Dad recently spent a week in rest bite so I could go on holiday & I must say the home was lovely its clean bright and the food was very good according to my Dad. Mandy & the entertainment team were fantastic even had my Dad sining which he has not done since my Mum past. The staff were all lovely & so helpful I could not fault anything also Martin the manager was very helpful. Just one small problem younger staff struggled to get Dads hearing aids in which he needs as he is deaf but next time I will show them before I leave. My overall rating is true as he enjoyed his stay which put me very much at ease as we have never done this before. Daughter Lorna

Visited icknield court on care home opened day event. A warm and inviting home, staff very attentive with a caring nature, a great selection of activities on offer this morning from flower arranging to meditation and yoga. Rooms bright and airy and very nice communal areas. Cleanliness through out is brilliant, Great facilities on site with cafe and In house hair salon and a lovely garden area. Food is excellent with daily menus and a something else menu for extra chocie to cater for everyones needs. My mum is currently a resident here and myself and mother couldn't be any happier with the care and attention from all areas received at icknield court.
