        F&C were unable to find a buyer for months and when they finally did, they mishandled the execution resulting in the buyers acquiring a neighbouring property. Since then both F&C existing agents resigned without notice (they were still instructed as joint agents and being messaged for assistance - with no reply) yet F&C claimed for their full "joint" commission once another agency sold the property. There is a clear market leader in South Bucks and it is not F&C.
