Highly recommended and great value. Michael Graham did a great job from start to finish. We had a good feeling from how the valuation was done by Paul and that the plus points of our house were understood. Selling a house is up there as a very stressful experience and our house sale was no exception. All the staff in the office did a super job and we felt supported when problems occurred and given the right information to make choices. Steve, thank you, helped keep things on an even keel throughout Sales progression and kept all communication lines open and pushed things along appropriately.

Buying a property is undoubtedly a very tedious and stressful experience, particularly in the current climate. We were very fortunate to come across our ideal family home sold by Michael Graham and in particular the star of the entire process, Tamsin Scott. Tamsin was exceptional. She is knowledgeable of the housing market, the property of interest and surrounding areas. She is a fantastic communicator, enthusiastic and very passionate about her job. Tamsin kept us informed throughout the entire process and was a great mediator for all parties involved. She responded to calls and emails in a timely manner and reassured us throughout the process of buying the property. The team were able to pre-empt any potential obstacles, which could cause delays in the process. The team understood our objectives, time scale and needs and worked hard towards accomplishing and overcoming any challenges during the process. Overall, we are very pleased with Michael Graham managing the purchase of our lovely property. The team paid a lot of attention to detail from start to finish, making the overall experience very smooth and stress free.
