If the trauma of selling a house is necessary then selecting the best of estate agents is a prerequisite for sanity. Having recently embarked on that adventure, we cannot compliment or recommend the entire team at Tim Russ, Princes Risborough, highly enough. Throughout the entire process, from initial valuation to eventual sale, the level of engagement, professionalism, knowledge and sheer doggedness in managing the entire, at times recalcitrant, chain was exceptional. Dan especially deserves our thanks, working long and hard to shepherd sellers and buyers to a successful conclusion. He informed, advised and reassured continuously as the often tortuous journey proceeded. Now safely and happily in our new home, we have only gratitude to the Princes Risborough team.

Shout out to Dan Hillyard from Tim Russ! He's very friendly, super helpful, and professional throughout the process. I'm not even his client (I'm a buyer)! I've just got the keys to my new home and that's only 2 months from when my offer was accepted (including 2-week Christmas break in the middle). Dan and Deborah have been outstanding throughout a prolonged conveyance with many frustrations (not of Tim Russ doing..) Dan has been relentless in chasing all parties to ensure as swift a resolution as possible, definitely above & beyond what is expected. Dan and the rest of Tim Russ staff extremely professional, I was updated at every stage of my difficult sale and regularly emailed with any issues. Dan always went above and beyond to sort all problems out for us, he was always on hand and always called me back when promised along with updates on all viewings. I would not hesitate to use Tim Russ for any future sales. Companies like this are to and far between.
