I've never felt more welcome than during my first Baby Massage class with Charyn. Greeted with lush scents, a beautiful set up and the gorgeous smile on Charyn's face as she offers you a hot drink and a kit kat. When you book Charyn sends you lots of clear info on what to expect which helped ease any anxieties I had. Learning baby massage has really helped me connect with baby Harmony. Charyn creates such a lovely, supportive atmosphere it's helped me make some wonderful Mummy friends which is a huge bonus.

I would certainly recommend Charyn's classes to any new mums. My little one was 8 weeks old when we joined her baby massage class, where we had the pleasure of learning lots, including digestive and circulation support as well as reflexology. On top of this it was lovely to hear and learn from others experiences with new borns. Also, we attended mum and baby yoga, which was an eye opener as I was a complete yoga novice!! But the exercise was amazing and has given me the bug to learn more. I was worried about my baby crying and being an annoyance, but this certainly wasn't a problem as everyone was in the same boat and Charyn deals with it uber professionally! Thanks Charyn for your support, all the best for the future!

Charyn is the loveliest human being - so sweet and supportive and real. She is amazing with all the babies and I have no clue how she keeps so calm when they are all kicking off in class! I took her pregnancy yoga class last year and made some great friends, and am now seeing familiar faces in her mum & baby yoga class. Shes created this awesome community of mums all supporting each other that is hard to find anywhere else. Thanks Charyn!

Simply gorgeous! From the moment you walk in to the moment you leave Charyn makes you feel welcome, safe, supported and at ease. Remembering everyone by name and taking the time to make you and your baby feel special, Charyn guides you through some really lovely (and effective) massage techniques, giving you some easy to remember tunes to accompany the moves along the way. I've learnt such a lot during both the time she's taught and the time she's encouraged the group to share experiences. My little one (5 weeks when we started) didn't always arrive at the ideal point in his unpredictable schedule but because Charyn creates such a warm and informal environment, I quickly learnt that whether your baby sleeps throughout, feeds, cries or engages wonderfully in the whole session, that's ok, you're welcome, anything goes! Charyn has an amazing ability to remain calm and exude calming vibes, especially at times when our little angels decide to all grumble at the same time! The sessions have been as beneficial for me as they have for Josh! Thank you for making my first-time-mum intro to mum and baby classes so lovely!

Charyn is a fantastic teacher. I have attended her baby massage, mummy baby yoga and also been lucky enough to have a pregnancy massage. From the minute you enter any of her classes to the time you eventually leave (often finishing a feed or a chat at the end of class), she makes you feel welcome and part of a lovely group of mummies. Her baby massage class was a very precious time for me and my beautiful rainbow baby I will cherish the memories and I have continued regular massages with my little boy, as he absolutely loves them! They were invaluable in the early days to aid his digestive system development and such a calming activity. I always feel like I've just meditated afterwards She always makes it clear that if you need to feed, change or just cuddle your baby to sleep that's fine and all part of the nature of her classes During my rainbow pregnancy I was lucky enough to be gifted a massage and Charyn was so patient and calm, explaining everything to me and reassuring me at anxious time. I will always be grateful for her care and compassion. Charyn, you really are a treasure, thank you for everything, I have already recommended you to countless ladies and will continue to do so xx
