Items never arrived, Refund not received, No response from Customer Service Made a purchase of just under 500, were told multiple dispatch dates which kept getting delayed even though we'd purchased well in advance specifically from Screen with Envy to make sure the items would arrive before work was being done. Months later still hadn't received items, incredibly difficult to get hold of customer service, were then assured refund would be processed which has still not (over 6 months later) been received. Contact and comments on social media pages are being deleted, customer service not responding. Will now need to take legal action. Avoid at all costs. Screen with Envy, please contact us and process the refund immediately.

AVOID AT ALL COSTS - YOU HAVE BEEN WARNED.Awful, disgusting foul company that takes your money and does not deliver the goods I bought a couple of exterior doors which I paid extra for speedy delivery- they were supposed to come within a week in which I had a builder cut out 2 sections of wall to house the doors . The doors did not arrive for another 3 months in which each member of staff would feed me a different lie- none of the fables they would tell me would match up with their colleagues stories.I offered to pick them up myself but they kept fobbing me off with more lies. Eventually when they did come they forgot to pack the door locks which took another 6 weeks to supply.I had to pay twice for the installation.

Ordered 5 items, 2 were delivered (in two slightly different shades of grey) tried to get a refund for the missing items but they never responded and then went out of business. It seems they are now back with massive sales to lure people in again and customer service is still near impossible to contact.
