Purchased six ABB EV chargers from iLecysys, atleast four of which have proven faulty. ABB themselves have been pretty good but iLecsys warranty procedure is non-existant - no reply to emails, when you call they say all the right things but absolutely no action. Hard to understand why, its not like it will cost them anything???
