Today the evening guy did great dealing with a rude customer sweating at him and being totally rude about his behaviour after she was totally out of order. The guy dealt with her in the best way still being polite to her after some of the nasty things she said to him. He was 100% polite and not rude to her at all after she said she will call head office to report him after what she said to him over the phone and in person when he went to try speak and clam the situation down which he tried to do but she was totally rude. I was embarrassed and shocked about when she mentioned his colour and size because he wasn't giving in and being rude to her back. I am happy to pass my details on if needed. The evening guy always works hard in the store and is the best I always think he's the store manager as he's always working hard

Last Friday I went to McCoy's to find it closed with a sign on the door saying back in ten minutes. Unless you put a time on the sign stating when you left and when you may return the whole sign is pointless. Try a little common sense.

First time in the store yesterday and the guy who was working yesterday evening is such a brilliant guy helpful, funny, hard working and cute. Keep up the good work and the music in the back ground is such an added bonus made me want to stay longer in the store which did make me buy more. Excellent customer service from the evening guy and he looked so smart please pass on my praise to him as he went above and beyond for me many thanks.
