Brilliant construction firm for many reasons. * High-end finish, high quality work, not even a hint of a bodge * Reliable - turned up when they committed to turn up, delivered their parts of the project on time * Excellent communication - prompt responses, not at all hard to get hold of, useful project updates when we weren't on site ourselves * Friendly and approachable - willing to explain things without being patronising or grumpy like other construction companies can be * Great teamwork - worked closely with the other trades which made the project go much smoother

Extremely friendly and accommodating from first phone call - understanding our requirements and squeezing us in at such a busy time of year - to beyond the works done. Turned up right on time and were extremely tidy throughout what I expected to be a very messy job! Mark has also recommended some other contractors to us (other services) which has been very helpful.
