My experience purchasing a car with Lookers Jaguar was excellent from start to finish. Was lovely meeting Nicole who was extremely warm and friendly. Excellent service from Paul who sent us off on a lovely test drive and showed us what we needed to know. The showroom was phenomenal with a range of cars to look through. We didn't even have an appointment but Nicole looked after us while we waited. Along with Sonny who was incredibly kind we closed out a deal and I can say I'm now a proud owner of a lovely Jaguar. I was informed when booking my car in at the dealership that it wouldn't take long as I was only having a second key configured to my F Pace (that wasn't given to me when I purchased the vehicle). I had booked out time from my work schedule for 1 hour, plus travel to and from the dealership. 1 hour slipped by and when I enquired about the progress i was told that it wouldn't be long. When it was approaching 1.5hrs I asked the service representative what was going on and he informed me that he would go and find out and personally take charge of the situation. By the time it got to 2+ hrs there was no sign of the representative, so i asked the representative who was at the desk what was going on. He very kindly took ownership of the situation and I finally got my vehicle back (from the original representative). There was little in the way of apology and if I hadn't asked about the second key, I wouldn't have even been aware of where it was and if it worked properly. All in all, it was a pretty bad experience, not one that you would expect of a 'premium' brand and it didn't make me feel that i was a valued customer, one who has bought numerous vehicles from the dealership. After this experience I may feel inclined to seek another one for future purchases.

I've just purchased a new car through Lookers Buckinghamshire. Despite all the travails and shortages caused by the pandemic and the war in Ukraine Paul Carter looked after me superbly. He kept me up to date throughout the process and ensured I got the car I wanted in the quickest possible time. What more could anyone ask for?

I posted onto the Land Rover review but as this is a joined premises I wanted to demonstrate that the team are all really warm and welcoming, the facility and the surroundings are 1st class and I have no hesitation recommending Lookers and JLR!
