Lovely experience during the sales process... Terrible experience when the car had problems (AVOID! AVOID! AVOID!). My car developed a fault after 3 weeks and then the staff at the garage stopped answering calls and became really unhelpful. (The car has now spend 22 days of the first 3 months in their garage, they haven't provided a courtesy car, fixed the problem or offered a refund). This is the worst customer service I've had! I definitely wouldn't recommend Lookers Buckinghamshire, Sunny Chavda or Daniel Merrett.

The best car purchase experience by phone ever, sales person Neil Day from the first initial phone call up to delivery of the vehicle to Carlisle, nothing was any trouble even sending me a detailed video of the car so I knew exactly what I was expecting on delivery, always kept me updated as to progress, I would not hesitate to use them again in the future, many thanks Neil. Absolutely amazing experience. Got picked up in style by Sunny, very friendly and actually cared for our well beings. We first dealt with Dan who look after us but he moved on. Charles, who finished the sale for us, was very efficient and professional. He got all paperwork ready for us, showed us around the car, showed off all features and now we feel ready to take our car home.
