Road bike: shifter failed mid ride. Found this shop and received friendly and excellent and honest service. Sadly solution did not resolve the problem (which I was told was likely the case). Not quite local to me but will consider using again. Thank you very much.

Nov 2022 - Had a full service including a new chain, cables and brakes. Bike transformed. Dom is trustworthy and reliable. Also provides useful tips and is not pushy. Highly recommended. Excellent, Im a casual rider and needed a new inner tube, Dom the owner quickly and courteously replaced it, he checked my gears and made a complementary adjustment, he also spotted another issue with a slightly loose rear wheel, he didnt try to sell me any parts but instead took the wheel off and found some tightening was needed to the hub (a more unscrupulous person could have suggested a new part was needed). Provided good tips and advice and showed me some maintenance tips, you really couldnt want for more, same great service the next 2x times I visited. Superb. Good location.

Had my Trek Checkpoint serviced here - Dom does an excellent job and is very knowledgable. Fitted the new cassette, chainring and chain I needed at a very reasonable price. Pointed out that the brake-pads were wearing but did not need replacing quite yet. Very happy with the service received.
