I walked out of the Princes Risborough BSG disappointed with the haircut and beard trim I received. It was evident the branch manager had little idea on how to trim a beard which was left at different lengths until I pointed out the issues to the stylist, my neck was also left with stray hairs and looked like I had not shaved in a few days. She felt very comfortable speaking her mind about how my hair was which I felt was inappropriate, unprofessional and rude. I regret having gone to BSG and being charged full price for a substandard service. I walked out of this haircut and beard trim safe in the knowledge that it will grow back and that I will never have to use any BSG again. I will be going to my regular barber when they are next open to sort out the amateur haircut and beard trim I received. Services: Beard trim, Hair shape up
