        Brilliant, really helpful staff, couldn't fault their service. Mike, in particular, helped me with everything I need.

        Engineer turned up well over a week after phonecall, no appointment made, billed for over 100 for a 5 minute chat and a waggle of his pen at back of chiller saying this should spin freely! Billed for 130 mins on site when I only saw him for no more than 20!! ... He obviously did not look at our opening hours either. No quotes came which were promised only this inflated bill and travelling charges were disgusting which I think should have been quoted beforehand.... Gave me 50 credit note after complaining which I begrudgingly paid as still none the wiser what to do with my chiller! Not worth all their accolades!
