Getting here is easy enough, if you travel by vehicle or even on foot, just bear in mind there are lots of pot holes on this site that can do damage to either your vehicle or yourself. The warehouses are not very well lit, which makes it slightly dangerous even more so in the darker seasons. Not a bad placeit could do with being managed a little better in terms of safety.

One of their drivers crashed into my wife's car while it was on our drive, private property. There was no need for him to be anywhere near her car. Initially he said he hadn't done it but she saw him hit the car. If she hadn't seen it I am absolutely sure he would have just driven off. He suggested she touch up the scratch with a bit of nail polish! I run a business in the motor trade and I've driven home to inspect the car. It isn't just a scratch, it has shunted the whole bumper across the car, the grill doesn't line up, it's popped out, stretched the bumper and cracked the paint. My wife's new car was built last week and we are just waiting on delivery, we don't have time for this. I've tried to contact the company and been told the person I need to speak to isn't in. I asked to speak to a director but was told they won't talk to me! Obviously too important to talk to mere mortals. To make matters worse the driver suggested to my wife that we touch the scratch in with nail varnish and keep the money for the insurance claim for ourselves. She has a video of it! The car was immaculate prior to this happening and completely unmarked. All of the paint is original, or at least it was. It's a 3 stage pearl which is almost impossible to paint perfectly. The driver was surly from the outset and having spoken to the staff in the office I can see it is a company trait. I'm glad I wasn't here.
