Always quiet when I visit this store. Plenty of parking on site and a petrol station at the rear. Lots of fresh produce and homewares. In-store collection for online orders. Small kiosk for everyday essentials and toilets onsite. Very clean and wide open aisles

Did an online shop the 22nd nearly 300 pounds worth sloybwad between 6 and 7 no shopping at 20 past 7 on the phone until 9pm being lied to got told at half u driver had just left now yet this morning the driver has said he was here at 2 min past 7 couldn't find address and tried to call wich is blatant lies no call on my phone and from the managers previous nights statement! The store colleagues I spoke to all but 1 very unprofessional and was untrained to deal with delivery apartment wich all deliver apartment went home st 8 even tho deliveries were still out, home delivery colleague this morning very rude and very unprofessional cancelled my order without my permission. I suffer a variety of mental health issues and have young babies to feed and this has took a major toll, I'm a single parent and I am taking this alot further and will be taking this store to the papers on how they treat their customers!
