        Was refered to glebefields for an appointment and was told to get my son a throat spray...the lad behind the counter didnt have a clue what i was on about? useless! 2 stard for the cleanliness of the place as it was spotless but staff lets it down

        Called the Doctors yesterday to see if prescription was ready ,it was later sent to pharmacy .so i thought id go this morning but called on the phone first ,one hour on the phone no answer ..so being disabled and finding it hard to walk decided to go my self ..only to be smirked at when i asked why no one had answered the phone which would have saved me a journey and the to be told its not ready come back later today ....ANSWER THE PHONE ....SIMPLE

        One of the members of staff has a really bad attitude problem. Only went in to collect some lfts and her tone of voice and attitude absolutely stinks. I very nearly told her where to put them but not everyone speaks to people like dirt.
