        Staff gossip more than doing their job. They don't know their job so you Google it and tell them their job and they don't like it. They lie they cheat and nothing is confidential. They just pretend they are doing something and because their managers don't know their job responsibilities and proves more incompetent than the staff there. Then all the staff get away with it.
