Bourne End House, for best price book direct!

Great house with everything you need for a big family holiday! There was plenty of space for our party of 13 aged from 4 to 70, and our three dogs. The beach is so close and we enjoyed lovely walks every day. The bar area kept us all entertained but there's also lots of alternative quiet space in the lounge and conservatory. The garden is huge (perfect for a game of cricket!),and well enclosed for the dogs. Lots to do nearby as well, a highlight was the North Yorks water park nearby where we went kayakking and paddle boarding. Lots of nice food around as well and takeaways that delivered from Filey. Owners made everything very simple from booking to check in & check out, would highly recommend!

Bourne End House was just fantastic. The location was unbeatable, being a 5-10 minute walk to a lovely beach, it was excellent for transport links and had the advantage of being close to the facilities of Primrose Valley. The house itself was incredibly well equipped, spacious and comfortable. The bar was an amazing space that we used every night and was enjoyed by all of the family from age 2 to 70! It was the outdoor space that really made the holiday for us as the kids loved being on the swings or playing football/cricket/rugby. We went on quite a few day trips to local places, which we thoroughly enjoyed but I have to say that you could easily spend the week between the house and beach and be quite content. We did a lot of our own cooking but did have dinner at The Royal Oak in Hunmanby one night and had the best steak and ale pie we have ever had! The communication from the owners was spot on from the beginning too, would highly recommend them. We are very much hoping to return next year!
