Emma has been fantastic at enabling me to return to the sport I love after having a baby. She has tailored my programme perfectly to my needs and worked flexibly to help me get the most out of our sessions. Our sessions are hard work but also fun and Id highly recommend Emma to other mums looking to return to exercise and sport safely postpartum.

I never thought I would ever use a personal trainer but I am so glad I met Emma! Right from the beginning she listened to what I needed and what I was looking for and she understood my reservations and limitations. She has gently but firmly pushed me to achieve so much more than I thought was possible. I really appreciate that she responds to how I respond, adapting what she has planned when I find something easier or more difficult than she anticipated. I was looking to feel more mobile and 'less creaky' which I definitely do! But in addition I feel healthier and more confident. Above all, our sessions are always a lot of fun. We have a good gossip and a laugh in amongst all those squats...! I can't recommend her highly enough!

She has become a very important and influential person in my life and has inspired and encouraged me to think differently about how to lead a more healthy lifestyle. Emma has great energy and enthusiasm! All the workouts are fun and tailored to you and your goals. The exercises vary every week and each session offers a new challenge. Emma pays particular attention to posture and alignment while you are working out, making sure you don't injure or strain yourself and teaching you how to use your muscles correctly. If you're looking to increase your fitness levels this year, I would highly recommend sessions with Emma.
