Id been in agony for over a week and hardly able to walk because of back pain before seeking Andys help. After the session I was so much freer in my movement, relatively pain free, but able to return to normal life. I got video links showing me how to avoid it happening again. Cant recommend him enough!

It was the first time I know my shoulder and neck problems were from my chest muscles that get tight. I've seen physio and osteopath no one could find or told me what was the real problem even one of them said I would live with it forever. I will do the exercises you sent me I got the feeling I'm on the right track. Thanks Andy

Gugan sorted out my hand in the first session I had with her. I couldnt lift anything and the doctors told me to take pain killers and rest it. After 2 weeks of pain a friend suggested seeing an osteopath. I had no idea they could treat anything other than back pain. Breakspear is a professional establishment, well worth the money. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thanks Gugan for your friendly and effective treatment.
