We had an awful experience recently with TC Joinery resulting in an unfinished job and a poorly fitting product. We have had to get external contractors in to complete the job and it has cost us alot more than originally quoted. Their communication was poor and their behavior was very aggressive. Their behavior got so bad that we had to seek police advice at one point! I couldn't recommend this company and would strongly advise anybody wishing to do so to get everything in writing and consult a good Solicitor if they stop answering their phone and go quiet before the job is finished.

We used TC when we were replacing 8 timber frame windows last year. I have nothing but positive things to say about this company. Alistair, the front man is a great and very personable chap. The quality of the windows was superb. I even went along to the workshop with my 3 year old son when they were part built to see them and have a chat with the guys. This is a proper sawdust on the floor carpentry shop and it was just great to see the level of detail going into the work and the pride the guys there took in it. We're about to place another order for doors and another window with them. Go see them, you will not be disappointed.
