I really couldnt recommend Wrights highly enough. I felt that we were hand held throughout the whole process and a massive weight was lifted from our shoulders. An enormous thank you to Jim and his incredible team for their seamless service and their empathy and respectfulness throughout. We are truly grateful.

Lovely people, really couldn't have been more helpful and approachable. Managed to be dignified without ever being "heavy", helping (in close coordination with their excellent recommended celebrant) make the run-up to what could have been a really difficult day, and the day itself, as easy and (dare I say it) enjoyable as it could be and all at a price more than justified by the legwork everyone put in!

We were recommended these undertakers by a friend. So glad we used them. From our first meeting with Jim we were put at ease, very professional but also relaxed. Jim listened to what we wanted, talked us through the whole service, gave advice when asked and took care of everything, including recommending Pauline Hyde-Coomber ( Celebrant ). A lovely lady with a soothing clear voice who took notes on everything we said and even changed her draft to fall in with a talk by my sisters. Looked at individuals when talking about them as if she had known them for years. Between Jim, his staff and Pauline they took care of the whole service including the order of service. This maybe a long post, but i cannot praise these people enough, made a sad day much easier. THANK YOU ALL SO MUCH. Steve Knight.
