Cant express enough what an amazing bridal experience I had! Started off with smiles by every member of staff, had a cute element of attaching a heart bell to my favourite dresses then was spoilt with drinks and bubbles. Every dress I tried on was STUNNING. Honestly their dresses are to die for!! The staff were SO friendly, kind helpful and really made you feel important and wanted you to find the dress of your dreams. Couldnt decide on a dress they helped, ran over time they found more time for us, unsure on accessories they sorted that out!! I could go on forever but BEST team, OUTSTANDING dresses and the best shopping experience Ive had!!!

Stunning shop from the outside and even more gorgeous when you go inside. The staff are so wonderful, uplifting, and get you very excited about the day with glasses of bubbly. Nothing is too much! The young lady with glasses was amazing!

White Lace and Butterflies are the most beautiful store! Amy and Steph were incredible and made me feel so confident in every dress and very much let me take the lead in what I wanted to try on, while guiding me in style. A really gorgeous experience finding my dream dress with them!

Went for my first appointment in Feb 2023 (about a month ago). The shop was amazing - plenty of options! Steph and Amy were very kind and super helpful. I found my perfect dress on their Instagram page a year ago and the ladies had managed to get the sample dress for me and it was love at first sight. Can't wait for my second visit. I 1000% recommend White Lace and Butterflies for wedding dress shopping

I had the most amazing experience here. I'm a little late writing this review! I came here back in December 2021 for my first ever bridal consultant. I knew I wanted to come here as I fell in love with the Savin designs. Amy and Steph were absolutely amazing. I was so nervous coming as I didn't feel good about myself and all the dresses were gorgeous. Amy made me feel confident and beautiful in each dress. She was extremely patient and kind. They both were. Steph was very professional in keeping me in the loop about my dress and getting me booked in for my first actual try on of my dress. I had it custom made and I actually haven't tried my dress on. I'm going back this year in June for my first official try on and I'm so excited. Steph was patient with me as I'm currently living in Canada! I had the whole place to myself which made it even more special. The shop is immaculate and the choices are incredible. So much to chose from. I also had a lovely glass of champagne when I said yes to the dress. I cannot recommend this place enough. It was worth the drive from Wales. If you want to feel beautiful and special, please visit these ladies!
