        I have been attending hot yoga classes with Lisa for nearly just over a year and I really enjoy it! Im not a gym person at all so going to yoga twice a week has really helped with my fitness, flexibility and confidence. Im so glad I started doing yoga, especially with Lisa as she is a great instructor and works with you individually in a class to make sure you are practicing all the poses properly and the alignment is correct. I would definitely recommend Hot Yoga Chorley to anyone who wants to give yoga a try!

        I've had a few private yoga lessons from Lisa at her hot yoga studio in Chorley, Lisa was very patient with me as I wasn't very flexible. Clearly Lisa knows her stuff! I Would highly recommend and her heated studio.
