Do not use - window in my 4 year olds bedroom will not open had windows just over 2 years they say they won't fix without us paying a fee, they say we are not covered for windows not opening even though this is a fault. I would not recommend these or Taylor Wimpey as they are the developers who use this company

Just spent 4,000 with them on a rental property of mine. A shambolic organisation headed up by an owner who has lots to answer for. The product is average and their people are worse. The staff are just low quality and clearly poorly trained They are a big employer in Adlington and can afford to pay peanuts for desperate workers. We all know what peanuts attract. The production managers are way out of their depth. I know one or two personally and wouldn't let them organise a chimp's tea-party. Go somewhere else and spend a bit more. You won't regret it. By the way, many 5 star ratings here are by employees.

Product failed after just a couple of years. Attrocious after sales service. The Customer Care specialist - when he could be bothered to reply - just lied to me and when escalated to senior manager John King - I got abuse on an email and another promise which turned out to be just words. Unprofessionalism throughout company. Avoid!

Unskilled, angry people running a shoddy framing service. Putting in threaded screws with an impact driver and blasting the heads off? STOP USING YOUR IMPACT DRIVER MUPPET! USE A DRILL DRIVER WITH TORQUE SETTINGS. Incapable of removing and reframing patio doors that have apparently been fitted wrong, they're still not right. Damaging my property, fixtures and fittings due to negligence. Putting too small hinges on to try and fix the problem of the doors not closing, now they spring open and bend the frame, cracking the plaster on the inside of the house. The installer that has been out must think Im stupid, I explain things to him and he doesnt care, thinks he knows best, and then tried to tell me that the doors springing back are normal. Incompetent. I can see why the housing company terminated your contract. Dont go into business with these, they will take your money and fail to fix customer snags leaving unhappy homeowners.
