P*ss poor company. Posting this comment on behalf of a business associate who has been a client of ATL in the past. Director (Andy Lewis) has a dishonest way of dealing with clients. We found our stock was constantly getting damaged as well as delays in orders being sent out. Account Managers don't have a clue of what they are doing. Save your money. Save on stress. Invest in a trust-worthy fulfilment company. ATL will run your business to the ground. Readers, please expect a very defensive comment back to my review.

Started using them two years ago. Their rates were good and service good too. However once we started giving them a few hundred orders daily, they couldn't cope. Because of them over two years we lost our Power seller twice on ebay and we lost our Prime badge twice on Amazon. They often damage the products and never accept it was their warehouse damaging it. Often take 3 days for urgent orders to be dispatched although they promise 1 day if before 12pm. After a year they put all their prices up to make it very expensive. That is after we had 200 pallets with them. They tactically done this as they know its expensive to remove stock. Their account managers communication is probably the worst of any company I have ever used. Often no reply for days and repeated emails. When we decided we would remove our stock from their warehouse. They take 3 weeks just to remove small consignments of 5 pallets. They do this on purpose to build up costs. If any one requires any proof. Please contact me and happy to provide. Stay away from this company whatever you do. It's an awful company and their service is horrendous. Pay more money and use a better company. Protect your business by doing what's best for it and don't use ATL Fulfilment.
