        I rang the practice today for information, not as a customer as I live in another town, but for information regarding vaccines for my brothers puppy, as he plans to register his pup with yourselves. I couldn't be any more delighted for the information and help Sandra gave me, she was friendly, thorough and a fountain of knowledge, it was a true pleasure to have the conversation I had with her. Please give her a very profound pay rise plus additional perks, so as to ward off any attempts of poaching someone who can only be a very important cog in your machine. As I said, it was a true pleasure and i hope that one day I need some more information for my brother, so I can feel the gratitude I feel now....again. Many thanks. Regards. Daniel Holme
