Thanks to Himat I've just returned from my first day in my new job driving my lovely new SUV. Due to the Bank Holiday Monday it wasn't possible to deliver the car in time for my 1.5 hr motorway cummute and I didn't want to risk driving my old banger during rush hour. Himat kindly arranged for the car to be ready on the Friday so that I could collect it myself. He communicated promptly and returned my calls as promised as well as well as quickly processing the collection paperwork so that I could get back on the road asap. Himat's customer service skills are very professional with a kind and caring manner, it's not often I feel treated like a humanbeing these days when dealing with well known companies/chains. What a credit Himat is to your team, he went over and above in his service taking the time to show me how the lights, seats, steering and other features worked he even directed me to the nearest petrol station this was all very much appreciated, thanks Himat!!!

I'd suggest CarSupermarket Preston to a friend because they make the whole process stress free and straightforward. Himat at Preston is a amazing, this is the second time Ive had the pleasure of dealing with him. Hes really helpful, knowledgeable, responsive & and nothing is too much trouble.
