Absolutely fantastic experience buying a car from Ideal Trade Centre. A huge selection of great cars at very reasonable prices. I went and viewed a car on Saturday and collected the following week, both visits were fast, friendly and easy. Made to feel like an a actual valued customer rather than a punter which is what you get from most dealerships. Very fair on trade-in values too. Overall extremely pleased with the service and will 100% be my first choice for my next car. I was helped by David Morris who was a huge help, made the process simple, no pressure and had a smile and a laugh the whole way through, couldn't recommend enough!

I found the experience of purchasing my Volvo from Ideal Trade Centre was like purchasing a car from your brother. They accommodated a convenient time for me (at short notice), to test drive it at the weekend. David Morris was friendly and personable; he allowed me enough time to inspect; and, allowed me space to check out other vehicles, of similar exceptional standard also. I mentioned a couple of very minor cosmetic things, which he and his team were more than happy to put right for me, which even included spraying the wheel nuts! I know that I hope to get many years to come from my new purchase; however, should I ever need another second-hand vehicle, I will be looking to see what they have in stock first. Purchased a hyundai i800 in february. I live in somerset, Lee was very helpful and sorted out getting the vehicle delivered to me at a very reasonable price. Then up popped the dreaded nox sensor engine management light, yet again Lee was more than helpful in getting this sorted in a garage near to us! Would 100% Recommend.
