        I arranged to buy a car and turned up (as arranged) at 5.30 one evening having walked through the rain from a train to collect it. I was informed I should have been told that payment is made via bank transfer but this was something they were able to resolve that evening for which I was very grateful. 5 stars from me, thank you.
