Not a Volvo dealer anymore - September 2020

No longer Doves. Bought Volvo from Doves 3 years ago, due for last service under warranty so rang Dove's telephone number on 10th June 2020 to book the car in for service and MOT. Turned up today and no Volvo sign to be seen anywhere. Turns out Volvo has moved to a new franchise Rybrook at a new location in Preston. Service plan not valid at Rybrook only the garage where we bought it (Preston Motorpark formerly Doves). We have lost road assistance and new upgrades as not a Volvo dealership. Never informed of any of this, can't go to Rybrook as money paid for service plan counts for nothing. Neither Preston Motorpark or Rybrook are bothered about the situation we've found ourselves in through no fault of our own. Gutted that we have been treated like this.

Went into the dealership yesterday and quoted full RRP for an XC40..... apparently this car is in high demand so there is absolutely no discount on it. Went online and offered over 6% off the price by the SAME dealership. Poor experience and not very honest.
