Didn't feel like we had a great customer service from the guys at Brooklands MC. It felt as if they didn't want to sell the car and as if I was wasting their time. Don't think I'll come back.

Excellent service from the team at Brooklands. I was travelling from Belfast and therefore couldnt see the car in person before committing, so lots of the questions I asked over email over a couple of days - it never felt like any bother to Connor. All went very smoothly, was collected from the train station on the day and drove off less than an hour later. There was a very minor issue but despite me being across the water Connor agreed to sort it no questions asked. Highly recommended little dealership. Would use again. And the car is fantastic!

When I bought a vehicle from them, I was told everything including the electrics but not consumables were covered under warranty. I was also told it would have had a service. When I collected the vehicle, it was not serviced and I was told it didn't need it. I let that go as I wanted the vehicle. I've rung them today to ask where I go to get some electrical work done under warranty. To say they weren't interested is an understatement. Jason the owner is a very angry man and if you dare to disagree with him as to what was said when the deal was agreed (he wasn't present at the time), he becomes quite aggressive. Please give this business a swerve and go to a reputable dealer. At no point did I lose my cool however he put the phone down on me and there was no solution to be had.
